This class includes it all! It’s a boot camp/cardio kick box/step/abs class all in one! Sure to please all.

ABS & STRETCH

This class will give you a wonderful core workout ending with a relaxing stretch! Perfect for beginners, or for the more advanced participant… come and join after the spin class held prior!

AWESOME ABS

The name says it all! This 45 minutes class will work your core to the max!

BOOTCAMP!

ATTENTION! This class will work you from head to toe and leave you sweating!

POWER SPIN

This intense ride will keep you coming back for more! For outdoor cycling and fitness enthusiasts.

QUICK SPIN

This quick 45 minute class is the perfect fit for your lunch hour!

SPIN, ABS & STRETCH (SAS)

This class incorporates exercising the legs through cycling, the abs via crunches and other exercises followed with stretching and flexibility exercises to help limber you up.

SPIN BOOTCAMP

Shelley has created this amazing class that combines work on the bike as well as time off the bike doing bootcamp drills! Sure to please all!

STEPS & REPS

A high energy heart pumping class that uses step choreography to keep you moving and grooving to the beat of the music! Suitable for all levels of fitness.

TURN & BURN

Turn those pedals and burn that fat! Indoor cycling + resistance training on and off the bike = one well rounded workout!
