In my twenty years of involvement in the fitness and bodybuilding industry, I have learned to appreciate the importance of mental and physical fitness. Physical exercise is the path to a healthy body, muscular tone, bone strength, cardio endurance and a general feeling of wellness in mind and body. A by-product of promoting health is that exercise helps enhance self confidence, self esteem and motivation.
My goal is to continue to help others by providing nutrition information and personal training services which include hands-on training and personalized workout routines. From figure competitors to competitive bodybuilders to marathon runners, I can help you attain the conditioning that is required to come in at your best!

I started with Cochrane Health and Fitness as a Fitness Instructor in 2003. I taught and continue to teach a wide variety of classes such as Spin, Cardio Kick-Box, Bootcamp, Athletes World, Core Conditioning, Step and Body Pump and much more! Over the last few years I have also branched out in personal training. I thoroughly enjoy the challenge of creating a balanced workout for my clients so they can attain their personal health and fitness goals. I believe that you have to love what you are doing in order to achieve your goals…so why not make a program that is tailored to you, that you keep coming back for more? That is what I do best! Fitness is my passion and my love for the industry shows when I am working with clients and teaching classes.
