WHAT IS IT?
Want to get in to shape but don’t know where to start? You’re not alone! Join us at Cochrane Health and Fitness for a gentle and informative six- week “introduction to fitness” program. On Tuesday's you will learn how to safely and effectively use exercise equipment and work with our coaches to develop a fitness plan to meet your goals. You will also be given a 10 Punch Pass to Cochrane Health and Fitness to use for your training, and at your leisure over the 6-week program; you can drop in and put your new work out skills to use or challenge yourself in any of our non-registered fitness classes.
