Shelley has been working in the fitness industry for over 20 years, bringing with her a wealth of knowledge and appreciation for both group fitness and personal training. Her experience in the transformation of the industry over the years offers her clients a well-rounded fitness experience. Shelley is a firm believer that in order to incorporate any fitness regime into your life, it has to be in a manner which is accessible, realistic and most of all, fun!

 

Shelley specializes in beginner to intermediate resistance training and specialized

programming for running. Having competed in triathlons, marathons and adventure racing, Shelley is enjoying furthering her passion for fitness through various hiking, climbing and cycling excursions with her family.
