REGISTERED CLASSES

Payment must be made to secure your spot! Drop-Ins welcome as long as space permits! Minimum participants required must be met for class to run. Deadline will be day before class start date.

MUSCLE BLAST

Get your workout in early with a challenging and energizing combination of resistance training with short cardio bursts. We’ll be working with dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands and our own bodyweight to help you sculpt the muscle you need to increase you metabolism and create a more toned body.

FITNESS LEVEL: Beginner to Intermediate

HELLO HIIT!

It’s been proven that interval training is extremely successful at blasting fat, burning calories and increasing overall fitness. Join us Thursday mornings for a quick HIIT of fitness and fun. We’ll be using a variety of equipment including weights, BOSU balls, bands, and benches to get the job done quickly and efficiently so you can get on with your day.

SPIN HIIT

High intensity interval training is one of the most effective types of training. Spin HIIT takes it one step further offering a winning work-out combination of spinning (cardio) and resistance training (rebuild strength). Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast away the calories and when done you will experience noticeable fitness results in a short amount of time.

ACTIVE MOVEMENTS 55+

This 60-minute class will focus on functional movements to help improve flexibility through safe range of motion, rebuild strength, balance and coordination, as well as restore energy and make you feel lighter on your feet.  Whether you are 55 or 80 this training is for you. Over the course of our lives it is easy to develop improper and unsafe movement patterns that do not serve us well into our senior years. This class will give you the foundation to move safer in your daily activities.
