Payment must be made to secure your spot! Drop-Ins welcome as long as space permits! Minimum participants required must be met for class to run. Deadline will be day before class start date.

BOOTCAMP BLASTER

Join Anna for a 30 min high powered workout that will kick start your body! This class is for strengthing, toning and kick-starting your metabolism!!!

FITNESS LEVEL: Beginner to Intermediate

 

Dates: Mondays & Wednesday, September 9 - October 30th

Time: 510pm - 540pm

BEGINNER BOOTCAMP BLASTER

Join Anna for a 30-minute beginner class that will help you build strength, flexibility and core strength helping you grow with your fitness.

GUTTS & BUTTS

If your abs and booty are your biggest trouble spots (I’m with you), this accurately named class is calling your name. It whips your butt and guts into shape, focusing on the abs, obliques, glutes, legs, and thighs with Tabata and strength work.

FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate to Advanced

SPIN HIIT

High-intensity interval training is one of the most effective types of training. Spin HIIT takes it one step further offering a winning work-out combination of spinning (cardio) and resistance training (build muscle mass). Through a variety of simple, yet intense timed exercises, each class will blast away the calories and when done you will experience noticeable fitness results in a short amount of time.

FITNESS LEVEL: Intermediate to Advanced

ACTIVE MOVEMENTS 55+

This 45-minute class will focus on Joint Stability, Functional Movements, Safe Range of Motion, Posture, Balance, and Coordination.  Whether you are 50 or 80 this training is for you. Over the course of our lives, it is easy to develop improper and unsafe movement patterns that do not serve us well into our senior years. This class will give you the foundation to move safer in your other daily activities.
